1. Service description

To use the Service you need an account with a verified email. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Credits and payments
The Service is paid for with credits: 1 credit = 1 generated lesson plan. You can obtain credits by buying one-time packs or through a monthly subscription. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted (trial credits, after 30 days).
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing and applicable taxes. By purchasing, you also accept Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Billing. You receive and access your invoices through Paddle (by email and in its checkout portal). Disputes and chargebacks are handled by Paddle in its capacity as Merchant of Record.
