Privacy Policy

PromptLesson, operated by an individual with business activity in Mexico, is the controller responsible for processing your data. The controller’s legal identity and address are available upon request. Contact: soporte@promptlesson.app.

• Account: your email address and verification status (managed by Clerk). We do not store your password.
• Usage: the parameters of the lesson plans you generate and basic technical data (logs, cost metrics) to operate the service.
• Payments: processed by Paddle. We do not store your card data; we only keep the credit ledger and the transaction identifier.

We use your data to: provide and maintain the Service, attribute and deduct credits, send you the generated plans, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with legal and tax obligations.

We share data with the following providers, only as needed to operate the Service:

• Clerk — Authentication and account management (email, sign-in)
• Paddle.com — Payment processing as Merchant of Record + invoicing
• Fly.io — Application and database hosting (backend)
• Vercel — Website hosting (frontend)
• Cloudflare — DNS and content delivery
• Anthropic — AI model that generates the lesson-plan content
• Replicate — Generation of illustrative images
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (sending your plan)
• Upstash — Job queue / cache

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we mark your data for deletion and permanently erase it after a 28-day grace period (except what we must retain for legal or tax obligations).

You may request access, rectification, cancellation, or objection to the processing of your data, as well as portability, by writing to soporte@promptlesson.app.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Some of our providers operate outside Mexico. By using the Service, you accept the transfer of your data to those providers, which apply security measures in line with their regulations.

We may update this Policy; we will publish the current version on this page with its update date.
